It reminds us every day that choosing a coffee is an important gesture: we don't just choose what to drink, but also where it comes from, how it is grown and processed, and how people and the environment are treated throughout its supply chain.
We created ELPY to make our mission clearer, more direct and more accessible: to generate awareness.
Awareness of what lies behind a coffee bean, who grows it, how it is processed and roasted, what makes a coffee truly good, and how all this impacts the planet and people.

Why Elpy?
The name ELPY comes from our acronym ‘LPDC’ and recalls ‘HELP’, helping and caring for others, which is the natural meaning of our new payoff: Awareness for Change. With ELPY, we want to build a more direct relationship with those who choose us and give a concrete face to our vision: a fairer, more transparent and more evolved world of coffee.
